Biography
Linda Horn was born and raised in Texas with Southern values and a love for life. She attended the University of Texas in Arlington and owned her own interior design firm and contemporary Southwest Gallery for 16 years. In 1983 she visited and instantly connected with Santa Fe. Linda was a founding director of the Santa Fe Film Festival and is currently on the Board of Advisors for the Santa Fe Writing Conference. For the past 9 years she has been a successful real estate broker and closed 18 Million in 2006.

Linda’s strengths are a strong business sense and good negotiation skills. She builds and cultivates lasting business relationships and is very well connected. Several local builders rely on her fabulous staging and decorating skills to sell their newly constructed homes.
Current projects
As “green” building and environmental awareness are becoming more popular and necessary, Linda is working with qualified builders to meet green building standards. Recently two “spec” houses have been constructed which she has staged beautifully. One is already under contract. Linda is passionate about quality building materials, talented in combining colors and designs and finds great deals on antique and valuable furniture. She has assisted entertainment personalities with their real estate needs and is expanding her relations with celebrity clientele.
